Apply removable holiday patterns on the mason jars. I chose to center them but you could also apply them randomly around the entire jar. I used free holiday vector art patterns found online and generated them on a Cricut.
After you have your designs on the jar, prime the jar with an acrylic glass primer – bonus points if it can closely match the tone of the Metallic Paint. Let dry. Then, brush on two coats of Snowflake Metallic Paint. Once dry, carefully remove the vinyl sticker patterns. Add your chosen fill inside the jar, tea lights, and decorative ribbon. Practice good fire safety rules when using the mason jar luminaries and enjoy your pretty project!
